In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we charge the standard industry rates of 80% of the bed and breakfast rate, 70% of the half-board rate or 60% of the full-board rate, provided the booked room cannot be rented to another guest. The applicable cancellation deadlines can be found in your booking confirmation.

Your hotel bill is due on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to pay in cash or by debit card. For longer health retreat stays, we issue an interim invoice halfway through your stay and request immediate payment.

Car and motorcycle parking is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Motorhomes must use the designated motorhome parking area in Fischen, approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

A lockable bicycle storage area is available.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, the entire hotel, including guest rooms and balconies, is strictly non-smoking.

Your room will be ready from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at our hotel.
